Quality claims are cheap. A procurement team can use a test report against a named standard, an inspection record with dates on it, and a documentation pack that clears customs without a phone call. That is what ships.
KYPER is a trade merchant. Product certifications are held by the manufacturing vendor, not by KYPER. We qualify vendors against the standards a specification names and route their certification and test documentation in full.
Standards framework
The frameworks we work to
Buyers specify differently by region and by sector. Rather than assert a house standard, each order is qualified against the framework it is being bought under.

Four checkpoints between order and container

Vendor qualification
Plant audit, test-bay capability assessment, quality-system review and export record before a manufacturer enters the vendor base.

Drawing and BOM approval
General arrangement drawings, winding data and bill of materials reviewed against the specification and submitted for approval before production is released.

In-process inspection
Core and winding stage checks, material verification and dimensional confirmation while a unit can still be corrected economically.

Pre-despatch routine testing
Routine tests witnessed and recorded, nameplate and accessories verified, packing inspected, and the full report issued before the container is sealed.

Typical routine test scope for a distribution or power transformer. Type and special tests are arranged on request, at the vendor works or at an independent laboratory.
- Voltage ratio and vector group verification
- Winding resistance measurement, all taps
